K-2 & K-3 Production

TIERS delivers K-3 and K-2 document production from the same project dataset and calculation passes that generate federal K-1s. TIERS models international reporting with value mappings, country codes, row-level attributes, and the metadata needed to support every required IRS part and section.

How it runs

TIERS treats K-3 reporting as a collection of 25+ sub-forms rather than one flat form. Each row can carry a Value Mapping Name, country code, and extended properties needed for the relevant international reporting section. Face pages, overflow schedules, and required statements are generated together and merged into investor packages alongside K-1s. When the underlying calculations change, the K-3 and K-2 outputs regenerate with them.

What it transforms

Separate international reporting workstreams become a component part of the unified investor reporting process. Teams reduce manual bridging between federal K-1 data and K-2 or K-3 detail, keep international reporting tied to the same calculation source, and lower the risk of stale or inconsistent foreign reporting schedules.
