How it runs
TIERS maps investor allocations and demographic data to K-1s, detail statements, overflow schedules, and footnotes. Footnote and cover sheet templates are designed in Excel, where users can map system outputs into familiar workbook layouts. At runtime, TIERS determines which footnotes apply to each investor, infuses the templates with live calculation data, renders them to PDF, and merges them into the investors' K-1 packages. AI-native YAML and Markdown outputs make the investor packages easy for ETL processes and AI agents to transmit, read, explain, and reason over the data.
